Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing times

Most products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and order processing before carrier transit. Processing estimates may change during high-volume periods or when material replenishment is required.

Shipping rates

Current general shipping options are $8 Standard shipping, free Standard shipping on eligible orders of $70 or more, and $15 Express shipping. The rates and methods displayed at checkout are authoritative for the specific order.

Transit and tracking

Carrier transit estimates begin after an order ships and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking information is provided when available. Carrier delays, weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Addresses and delivery problems

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us through the store contact form as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Report damaged packages or delivery problems promptly so we can assist with the carrier.
